Coaching Process
  • The coaching process and length of the coaching series is discussed and selected by the client
  • You may choose 2 - 12 sessions - flexibility is important and doesn´t ´lock´ you in
  • You may choose to continue coaching long term as you have built a trusting relationship with the coach and value the coaching dialogue and process
  • Sessions can be weekly, every 2-3 weeks or monthly
  • The preferred time frame is set by the client
  • Sessions are generally 1 - 1&1/2 hours
  • Coaching can be face-to-face or by phone
